Terms of service

These terms form an agreement between you and Postwme, Inc. (“Postwme”, “we”, “us”) for your use of postwme.com, our applications, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Postwme turns shop photos and business information into draft social content, including posts, posters, banners, captions, schedules, and short videos. You can review drafts, connect supported social accounts, approve content, and schedule or publish approved content.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter into this agreement.
  • You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
  • Agencies must have authority from each client whose shop or accounts they manage.

3. Your uploads

You retain your rights in photos, logos, text, and other material you upload. You grant Postwme a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, adapt, and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service for you.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload, including permission from identifiable people where required.

4. Generated content

Postwme uses automated and AI services to prepare drafts. Generated content may contain errors, unsuitable claims, or material that needs revision. You must review each draft before approval. You are responsible for content you approve, export, schedule, or publish.

Postwme does not claim ownership of your uploads. Rights in generated content may depend on applicable law and the rights in source material.

5. Connected platforms and publishing

Connecting a social account authorizes Postwme to access that account for the features you request. Postwme publishes only content you approve. Social platforms control their own services and may delay, reject, remove, or change how they display a post. Their terms and policies also apply.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Postwme to:

  • break the law, violate another person's rights, or publish deceptive content;
  • create hateful, abusive, exploitative, or dangerous material;
  • send spam or manipulate platform engagement;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or access controls;
  • upload malware or material you are not authorized to use.

7. Subscription, trial, and video credits

  • The standard Postwme subscription is $99 per month. Limited promotional pricing may apply when displayed at checkout.
  • The service includes a seven day trial. No payment card is required to begin the trial.
  • Short video generation may require separately purchased video credits.
  • Web purchases are processed through Stripe. Eligible mobile purchases are managed through the applicable app store and RevenueCat.
  • You can cancel through billing settings or the store that manages the subscription. Access continues until the current paid period ends.
  • Fees are nonrefundable except where required by law or the payment store's rules.

8. Service providers

Postwme relies on hosting, authentication, storage, payment, AI processing, communication, and social platform providers. Their availability and processing may affect the service. Our privacy policy explains the categories of data shared with them.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, add, suspend, or remove features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. Platform outages, policy changes, and provider failures may delay generation or publishing.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Postwme at any time. You may schedule account deletion from privacy settings and cancel it during the 30 day grace period. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent harm, or respond to a material breach of these terms.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Postwme disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Postwme is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Postwme's total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Postwme during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
